Where We Work
During the 2017-18 school year, Turnaround for Children is partnering with 13 schools in New York City, Newark, New Jersey and Washington, D.C., serving more than 5,000 students and nearly 600 educators.
Our teachers need to be equipped with cogent practices that will support the learning needs of our students in order to achieve the goal of college and career readiness for every child. Turnaround not only supports teachers in acquiring these skills but also helps educators understand the complexities of the problems and what it will really take to address them in the classroom.
