Musician John Legend visits MS 410 in Harlem

On April 5th, Grammy Award-winner and education reform advocate John Legend joined Dr. Pamela Cantor in visiting M.S. 410, a Turnaround school in Harlem led by Principal Travis Brown. John met with the principal and teachers to learn more about Turnaround’s work in MS 410. Afterward, he visited 6th and 7th grade classes to speak with students about his commitment to public education. On Thursday, April 28th, John will receive a Turnaround Impact Award at our fundraising gala.
